Where did you complete your run?
Did you run or walk the 5K? Walkers must have walked the entire course. Participants who ran at any point during the course must select "run" no matter the duration of the running.
How long did it take you to complete your run?
Verify Distance:
By selecting "yes" here, you affirm that you completed a course of 5K (3.1 miles) in the amount of time you entered above. If you completed less, or if the time above includes substantially more distance, select "no." Only submissions answering yes will be considered for awards.
 

Verification

We prefer some form of verification, but will accept results on the honor system. You can track your distance and time however you like. The most accurate way to do this is by using a Running GPS watch, but there are also several free smartphone apps available for iPhone and Android devices: MapMyRun/ MapMyWalk/ RunKeeper. You can also use a FitBit or stopwatch.

If possible, include a form of verification either of the following ways:

  • Provide a URL link to a *publicly viewable* workout data tracking website, (Garmin Connect, Polar, Training Peaks, etc.), a social media post of the workout, or similar.

  • Attach a photograph (jpg, png) of your GPS device, or a screenshot of the workout data record as described above.
