Culture and Care:
Care Requirements - Transplants readily, bare root, balled and burlapped. Grows naturally in low wet areas. Zones 3b-9
Native Habitat - Newfoundland to Florida, west to Minnesota, Oklahoma and Texas intoduced in 1860.
Diseases and Insects - Leafhoppers will cause considerable damage also Borer and Petiole Borer.
