Rhododendron flammeum 'Double Pleasure' // Double Pleasure Florida Flame Azalea
Shrub. Grows to 6-8' tall and wide. Double flowers with color ranging from yellow, pink, salmon to orange-red, funnel-shaped, 1.75" long, non-fragrant, appearing in April. The stamens are about 2" long. The truss may contain up to 15 flowers. Species native Georgia to South Carolina, cultivated since 1789. Hardy to Zone 6-7.
