  • Thuja x 'Green Giant' // Green Giant Arborvitae
    Tree. Grows to 60' or more in height, 12-20' wide. Fast growth rate. Flowers are not ornamentally significant. Fruits are oblong cones, approximately 0.5" in length, emerging green and maturing to brown. Foliage is dense, rich green, scale-like, in flat sprays Evergreen. Does not yellow over winter. Use as a single specimen plant or a large screening hedge. Transplants readily, prefers well drained fertile soils, full sun. Zones 5-7. No significant pest or disease problems; occasionally bagworms may show.
