The 25th Anniversary of the Boone County Arboretum is Thursday, May 2, 2024. Twenty-five years of love and labor have been put into the collection at the Boone County Arboretum. To celebrate, we will be holding an ice cream social and formal recognition ceremony. Join us to thank the founders for putting together the Arboretum and look back at the accomplishments to inspire the next twenty-five years of growth.

Ice Cream Social 4-7pm, w/ Ceremony at 5pm

• We will meet in Shelter #2 at the Arboretum.
• Ice cream social starts at 4:00pm - pre-registration requested. Ice cream will be served while supplies last.
• At 5pm there will be a brief ceremony, including discussions of the Arboretum's history, the benefits we provide the community, and our plans for future growth. We will also have a commemorative dedication of a new tree.
