Full Description
Spend a morning with thoughtful walking to learn about and practice meditative walking. Instructor Leslie Sharp will lead with prompts and give guidance on best practices for how to connect with the environment while enjoying the beauty of the Arboretum.
FREE, but registration is required. Class is limited to 12 people. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal and wear footwear appropriate for non-paved trails.
We will meet at Shelter #1.
